Refund and Returns Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to dissolve the agreement without stating a reason within 14 days of receiving your order. This applies to all products we sell, unless stated otherwise.

Please note: the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products or sealed products whose seal has been broken after delivery, such as certain board games (where the game pieces or cards can no longer be sold as new).


2. How can you return your order?

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Register your return
    Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via info@playdicen.com. We will then send you a confirmation and instructions for the return.
  2. Pack the product
    Ensure that the returned product is in the original packaging (if possible) and that it is undamaged. The product may only be unpacked and tested as you would do in a physical store.
  3. Return the product
    Return the product to us via a reliable courier service within 14 days of reporting the return. You bear the costs of the return shipment, unless stated otherwise in our terms and conditions.
  4. Return form
    Use the attached return form (if you offer it) to accompany the return shipment, or state the reason for the return in your email or return notification.

3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is not applicable to the following products:

  • Personalized products: Products that are made specifically for you, such as custom-made or wrapped board games.
  • Sealed products: When the seal of a product (for example, of cards or components) has been broken and the product can therefore no longer be sold.
  • Digital products: If applicable, for example, code cards or digital board games cannot be returned.

4. Costs of the return shipment

The costs of the return shipment are for the own account of the consumer, unless we have specifically indicated that we will reimburse the return costs (for example, in the case of a defective product or an incorrect delivery).

We recommend that you use a track & trace code for returning your order. This way you can track the return shipment and we can solve any problems faster.


5. Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will refund the purchase amount of the product within 14 days to the account number with which you paid.

  • Shipping costs: The costs for the original shipment of your order (if paid) will only be refunded if you return the entire order amount.
  • Payment costs: Any payment costs incurred (e.g. transaction costs) will not be reimbursed.

The refund will take place via the same payment method that you used for the payment of the order, unless you indicate otherwise.


6. Defects and Errors in your Order

If a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, or if we accidentally delivered the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible via info@playdicen.com We will help you arrange a replacement product or a refund, depending on your preference.

In this case, the return costs are for our account, and we will provide you with a return label or another solution.
