Article 2 – Applicability

  1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the trader and to every agreement that is concluded via the WooCommerce webshop.
  2. Before the agreement is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available electronically.
  3. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.

Article 3 – The offer

  1. All offers are without obligation, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  2. The entrepreneur describes the products as completely and accurately as possible.
  3. Images are for illustration purposes and may differ (for example, box design or game components).
  4. Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind the trader.
  5. Products made from wood may exhibit natural variations in color and texture. Minor cracks, grain patterns, and other material-related characteristics are inherent to wood and do not constitute a defect.

Article 4 – Conclusion of the agreement

  1. The agreement is concluded as soon as the consumer completes the ordering process via WooCommerce and the payment has been successfully made.
  2. The consumer automatically receives an order confirmation by email.
  3. The trader reserves the right to refuse orders in case of reasonable doubt or abuse.

Article 5 – Prices and costs

  1. All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
  2. Shipping costs are clearly displayed before completing the order.
  3. Any import duties or local taxes outside the EU are at the expense of the consumer.

Article 6 – Payment

  1. Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the webshop.
  2. The trader may suspend an order until full payment has been received.
  3. No delivery will be made in case of incomplete payment.

Article 7 – Delivery

  1. Delivery takes place at the delivery address specified by the consumer.
  2. Orders are shipped within the stated delivery time.
  3. Delivery times are indicative and not strict deadlines.
  4. In case of delay, the consumer will be informed in time.
  5. The risk of damage or loss passes to the consumer upon receipt.

Article 8 – Right of withdrawal (EU)

  1. The consumer has the right to terminate the agreement within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
  2. During the reflection period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care.
  3. The product may only be unpacked and used to the extent necessary to assess it.
  4. The consumer reports the withdrawal via email or the model withdrawal form.
  5. Return shipment must take place within 14 days after withdrawal.

Article 9 – Return costs and refund

  1. The costs for return shipment are at the expense of the consumer, unless stated otherwise.
  2. The trader will refund the purchase amount including standard shipping costs within 14 days after receipt of the return shipment.
  3. Refund will be made via the same payment method as used for payment.

Article 10 – Exclusion of right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for:

  • Board games whose seal has been broken and which cannot be resold for hygienic or usage reasons;
  • Personalized products (if applicable).

Article 11 – Conformity and guarantee

  1. The trader guarantees that the delivered products comply with the agreement.
  2. If a board game is defective or incomplete, this must be reported within a reasonable period.
  3. Legal consumer rights within the EU remain fully applicable.

Article 12 – Liability

  1. The entrepreneur is not liable for damage caused by incorrect or inexpert use of the product.
  2. Liability is limited to the amount of the order, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

Article 13 – Complaints procedure

  1. Complaints can be submitted via info@playdicen.com.
  2. Complaints will be answered within 14 days.
  3. If no solution is reached, the consumer can make use of the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

Article 14 – Applicable law and disputes

  1. Dutch law applies to this agreement.
  2. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory EU law provides otherwise.

Article 15 – Amendment of the terms and conditions

The entrepreneur reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions. The most current version is always available on the website.
