Article 2 – Applicability
- These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the trader and to every agreement that is concluded via the WooCommerce webshop.
- Before the agreement is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available electronically.
- Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.
Article 3 – The offer
- All offers are without obligation, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- The entrepreneur describes the products as completely and accurately as possible.
- Images are for illustration purposes and may differ (for example, box design or game components).
- Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind the trader.
- Products made from wood may exhibit natural variations in color and texture. Minor cracks, grain patterns, and other material-related characteristics are inherent to wood and do not constitute a defect.
Article 4 – Conclusion of the agreement
- The agreement is concluded as soon as the consumer completes the ordering process via WooCommerce and the payment has been successfully made.
- The consumer automatically receives an order confirmation by email.
- The trader reserves the right to refuse orders in case of reasonable doubt or abuse.
Article 5 – Prices and costs
- All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
- Shipping costs are clearly displayed before completing the order.
- Any import duties or local taxes outside the EU are at the expense of the consumer.
Article 6 – Payment
- Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the webshop.
- The trader may suspend an order until full payment has been received.
- No delivery will be made in case of incomplete payment.
Article 7 – Delivery
- Delivery takes place at the delivery address specified by the consumer.
- Orders are shipped within the stated delivery time.
- Delivery times are indicative and not strict deadlines.
- In case of delay, the consumer will be informed in time.
- The risk of damage or loss passes to the consumer upon receipt.
Article 8 – Right of withdrawal (EU)
- The consumer has the right to terminate the agreement within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
- During the reflection period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care.
- The product may only be unpacked and used to the extent necessary to assess it.
- The consumer reports the withdrawal via email or the model withdrawal form.
- Return shipment must take place within 14 days after withdrawal.
Article 9 – Return costs and refund
- The costs for return shipment are at the expense of the consumer, unless stated otherwise.
- The trader will refund the purchase amount including standard shipping costs within 14 days after receipt of the return shipment.
- Refund will be made via the same payment method as used for payment.
Article 10 – Exclusion of right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for:
- Board games whose seal has been broken and which cannot be resold for hygienic or usage reasons;
- Personalized products (if applicable).
Article 11 – Conformity and guarantee
- The trader guarantees that the delivered products comply with the agreement.
- If a board game is defective or incomplete, this must be reported within a reasonable period.
- Legal consumer rights within the EU remain fully applicable.
Article 12 – Liability
- The entrepreneur is not liable for damage caused by incorrect or inexpert use of the product.
- Liability is limited to the amount of the order, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
Article 13 – Complaints procedure
- Complaints can be submitted via info@playdicen.com.
- Complaints will be answered within 14 days.
- If no solution is reached, the consumer can make use of the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
Article 14 – Applicable law and disputes
- Dutch law applies to this agreement.
- Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory EU law provides otherwise.
Article 15 – Amendment of the terms and conditions
The entrepreneur reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions. The most current version is always available on the website.
