Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a consumer, you have the right to dissolve the agreement without stating a reason within <strong>14 days of receiving your order<\/strong>. This applies to all products we sell, unless stated otherwise. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note: the right of withdrawal does not apply to <strong>personalized products<\/strong> or <strong>sealed products<\/strong> whose seal has been broken after delivery, such as certain board games (where the game pieces or cards can no longer be sold as new).<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. How can you return your order?<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please follow these simple steps:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Register your return<\/strong><br\/>Contact us within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of receiving your order via <a href=\"mailto:info@playdicen.com\">info@playdicen.com<\/a>. We will then send you a confirmation and instructions for the return. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pack the product<\/strong><br\/>Ensure that the returned product is in the <strong>original packaging<\/strong> (if possible) and that it is <strong>undamaged<\/strong>. The product may only be unpacked and tested as you would do in a physical store. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Return the product<\/strong><br\/>Return the product to us via a reliable courier service within <strong>14 days of reporting the return<\/strong>. You bear the costs of the return shipment, unless stated otherwise in our terms and conditions. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Return form<\/strong><br\/>Use the attached return form (if you offer it) to accompany the return shipment, or state the reason for the return in your email or return notification.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The right of withdrawal is <strong>not applicable<\/strong> to the following products:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Personalized products<\/strong>: Products that are made specifically for you, such as custom-made or wrapped board games.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sealed products<\/strong>: When the seal of a product (for example, of cards or components) has been broken and the product can therefore no longer be sold.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Digital products<\/strong>: If applicable, for example, code cards or digital board games cannot be returned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Costs of the return shipment<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The costs of the return shipment are for the <strong>own account<\/strong> of the consumer, unless we have specifically indicated that we will reimburse the return costs (for example, in the case of a defective product or an incorrect delivery).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We recommend that you use a <strong>track &amp; trace code<\/strong> for returning your order. This way you can track the return shipment and we can solve any problems faster. <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Refund<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will refund the <strong>purchase amount<\/strong> of the product <strong>within 14 days<\/strong> to the account number with which you paid.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Shipping costs<\/strong>: The costs for the original shipment of your order (if paid) will <strong>only be refunded<\/strong> if you return the entire order amount.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Payment costs<\/strong>: Any payment costs incurred (e.g. transaction costs) will not be reimbursed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The refund will take place via the same payment method that you used for the payment of the order, unless you indicate otherwise.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Defects and Errors in your Order<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, or if we accidentally delivered the wrong product, please <strong>contact us as soon as possible<\/strong> via <a href=\"mailto:info@playdicen.com\">info@playdicen.com<\/a> We will help you arrange a replacement product or a refund, depending on your preference.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this case, <strong>the return costs are for our account<\/strong>, and we will provide you with a <strong>return label<\/strong> or another solution.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
