  1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the trader and to every agreement that is concluded via the WooCommerce webshop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Before the agreement is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available electronically.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    2. The entrepreneur describes the products as completely and accurately as possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Images are for illustration purposes and may differ (for example, box design or game components).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind the trader.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Products made from wood may exhibit natural variations in color and texture. Minor cracks, grain patterns, and other material-related characteristics are inherent to wood and do not constitute a defect. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Article 4 \u2013 Conclusion of the agreement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      1. The agreement is concluded as soon as the consumer completes the ordering process via WooCommerce and the payment has been successfully made.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. The consumer automatically receives an order confirmation by email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. The trader reserves the right to refuse orders in case of reasonable doubt or abuse.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Article 5 \u2013 Prices and costs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        1. All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Shipping costs are clearly displayed before completing the order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Any import duties or local taxes outside the EU are at the expense of the consumer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Article 6 \u2013 Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          1. Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the webshop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. The trader may suspend an order until full payment has been received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. No delivery will be made in case of incomplete payment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            1. Delivery takes place at the delivery address specified by the consumer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

            3. Delivery times are indicative and not strict deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            4. In case of delay, the consumer will be informed in time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            5. The risk of damage or loss passes to the consumer upon receipt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              Article 8 \u2013 Right of withdrawal (EU)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              1. The consumer has the right to terminate the agreement within 14 days of receipt<\/strong> without giving any reason.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. During the reflection period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              3. The product may only be unpacked and used to the extent necessary to assess it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              4. The consumer reports the withdrawal via email or the model withdrawal form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              5. Return shipment must take place within 14 days after withdrawal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                Article 9 \u2013 Return costs and refund<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                1. The costs for return shipment are at the expense of the consumer, unless stated otherwise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                2. The trader will refund the purchase amount including standard shipping costs within 14 days after receipt of the return shipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                3. Refund will be made via the same payment method as used for payment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
